The forged saddle is a key member of Tiancheng pressure component series. It is integrally forged with a curved saddle surface that perfectly fits the main pipe, serving as the integral reinforcement for branch connections.

Compared with traditional reinforcement plates, forged saddles have no splicing welds, smooth stress transition and excellent fatigue resistance, suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, hydrogen-exposed and corrosive media pipelines.

Adaptable to main pipe OD φ33.7 ~ φ1219 mm with body thickness customized per branch size, compliant with MSS SP-97, in carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and nickel-based alloys.
