Quality Control Process

• Incoming Inspection — MTC review with chemical composition and mechanical property verification.
• Machining — Precision CNC machining with controllable hole position tolerance.
• Dimensional Inspection — Full dimensional checks against drawings and standard tolerances.
• NDT — UT, MT and PT inspection; 100% inspection for critical products.
• Hydrostatic Test — Pressure-tested before leaving the factory.
• Final Delivery — Complete inspection reports and export documentation.

Systems & Standards

ISO 9001 quality management system certification and PED certification; products comply with ASME, ASTM, API, GB/T, HG, EN, GOST and MSS SP-97, strictly following customer technical specifications.
